Parents or guardians complete application, and we review to confirm you meet the criteria:

• Family is under 300% the poverty level (example: family of 4 whose annual income is $79,500 or below).

• If the family is already eligible for state assistance, they will automatically be approved.

Get Approved

If a grant for registration fees was requested and the application is approved, Everybody Plays will pay the registration fee directly to the organization.

If an application is for assistance with equipment, either Everybody Plays will assist in the purchase of new equipment or gently used equipment can be purchased.

Now that you’ve been approved, let’s get you playing! Sports are a great way to create opportunities for local youth to become community leaders and contributors through athletics.

An application can be submitted for one sport per season per child.
