Kate Vriner, President
Kate Vriner is President and co-founder of Everybody Plays. She is also the President of Sunbelt Business Advisors of Southwest Ohio. Kate has two daughters who are actively engaged in softball, soccer, basketball, and lacrosse. Kate grew up playing basketball and softball and has always been passionate about sports.
Brianna Gabriel, Board Member
Brianna Gabriel is a current healthcare software professional who recently relocated back to the area. She also sits on the Associate Board for the Dayton Art Institute and while not working or traveling she enjoys helping out her local community and participating (or watching) any sports activity she can. She is passionate about the mission of Everybody Plays as she knows the importance sports can have on a young person’s life.
Jess Meyerhofer, Vice President
Jess Meyerhofer is Vice President and co-founder of Everybody Plays. By day she’s a Senior Manager at KBR, Inc. After work, she’s a busy boy mom of two who keep her very busy running to football, basketball and baseball all year round. There is nothing she loves more than watching her boys play sports and wants that same opportunity for everyone.
As luck would have it, our founders met during a Leadership Dayton interview which was the catalyst for Everybody Plays. During her interview, Jess pitched an idea to help provide funding for young athletes to ensure equal access to athletic opportunities. Kate loved the idea and didn’t waste a second jumping into action. Together they have formed an organization that they know will benefit kids across Greater Dayton.

New sports-related nonprofit to launch in Dayton - June 11, 2021
Children in need around the Dayton area will soon be able to receive free sports equipment and financial assistance regarding sporting activities, thanks to a new nonprofit underway.
Co-founders Jessica Meyerhofer, portfolio director in client experience at JJR Solutions, and Kate Vriner, vice president and senior broker for Sunbelt Business Advisors of Southwest Ohio, have come together to form Everybody Plays, which provides sports equipment to children.
